Steak, mash, spicy cabbage, jerusalem artichoke, mushroom and peppercorn sauce, with roasted globe artichoke

This was a taste sensation. I got quite a few ingredients in from the alloty:
  • Potatoes (mashed)
  • cabbage (sauted with our red chillies, salt and black pepper)
  • Jerusalem Artichoke (boiled and roasted crisps)
  • Globe artichoke (oiled, garliced and lemoned, then roasted in tin foil for an hour (Pinchmysalt style)
  • and garlic in the sauce I suppose
Very tasty meal
